During the summer of 92, I acquired an old school slow jam tape from a friend of mine who's older than me by many years. This particular record began that formidable tape that would shape my opinion of music made before my time!

I've had the opportunity of seeing The New Birth in concert on a few occasions and I'm never disappointed by their performances. Records like this one and "Wildflower" are just some of my favorites from this long-established group!
